The Bible teaching at the Sunday morning service is recorded
onto CD and also onto an MP3 recorder. This enables us to make
the teaching available in a variety of ways:
 If
you have a memory stick, Compact Flash or SD card, we will
be happy to copy the morning's teaching onto it immediately
after the service while you wait. We also have available
teaching from previous weeks which we can copy for you.
If you would like to take advantage of this service, please
go to the sound desk immediately after the service and deposit
your memory stick (suitably identified) into the 'IN' tray.
Then have coffee as usual and collect your stick from the
'OUT' tray. Please ensure you have sufficient room on your
memory device for the talks you want copied. As a rough
guide, each talk takes around 25MB. If you have a Calvary
Chapel Oxford memory stick you should have enough space
to store a few hundred teachings before you need to worry
about file sizes! |
 If
you don't have any means to play an MP3 file, but you do
have a standard CD player, then please see Chuck after the
service to place your order for an audio CD of the talk.
These are copied during the week and are normally available
for collection the following Sunday. Audio CDs will only
be able to hold up to around one hour of teaching - fine
if you just want one talk but not practical if want a whole
series. If you want to have, for example, all the teaching
on Matthew or Acts then the best way is to get the MP3 recordings
on CD. |
 By
puting MP3 files onto a CD, we can, for example, fit the
whole of Acts - 74 talks lasting a total of over 63 hours,
onto just 3 CDs or a single DVD.
